What we collect
We collect account data (email, auth providers), Canonical Profile attributes you choose to store, documents you upload, application tracker activity, coaching interactions, and operational logs needed to run AnchorMe.
Sensitive fields may be encrypted at rest. Hashes are used where we need lookup without storing cleartext.
How we use data
We use your data to provide identity, vault, apply, verification, employer, and coaching features; to secure accounts; to bill subscriptions; and to improve product quality through analytics and crash reporting.
Product analytics may be sent to Mixpanel and/or PostHog when configured. Crash reporting uses Sentry. You can learn more in the Cookie Policy.
Sharing
Selective sharing and employer submissions only disclose what you approve. We do not sell personal data.
Processors (hosting, email, payments, analytics) receive only what is required to perform their service under contract.
Retention & rights
You may request export or deletion of your account subject to legal retention needs (fraud, billing disputes, security).
